My partner and I just spent two weeks at this hotel and absolutely loved everything about it! The food was delicious, we particularly loved the Turkish style breakfast (have been craving it since we left!). Rooms were lovely and clean, we had a balcony with an absolutely outstanding view. The pool was always clean and had plenty of sunloungers, though we preferred to relax in the garden which was always peaceful. The spa was also fantastic, but most importantly the staff treated us like family and made every effort possible to ensure we had the perfect holiday. We were very sad to go and really can't wait to come back!

Firstly, Dalyan is full of charm. I got home yesterday after staying at Dalyan Live Spa hotel for ten days with my partner. A lovely surprise for successfully completing my university degree. I can't fault this amazing hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, and helpful. The room we stayed in was beautiful, and cleaned everyday. The service is excellent, and the food is great. The swimming pool is also very fresh and clean. Only a ten minute walk into town, and it isn't expensive to get a taxi. The staff go above and beyond to make sure their guests are satisfied. I will definitely be visiting Dalyan Live Spa Hotel again.

This is a small family run hotel with the personal touch and it is also great value for money. We just stayed for 11 nights and were very happy with all the key aspects of our stay. Everywhere was very clean, Kathy comfortable beds, great shower with loads of hot water, tv ( very limited English channels) fridge, good hairdryer. patio or balcony and all well maintained, and staff are really friendly and super-helpful. I had a few WhatsApp chats before we came to clarify a few things and the manager Tunc was helpful and responsive. They do get a lot of repeat guests so rooms do get booked up well in advance - do note if you have particular requirements or preferences - but they did provide a ground floor room for me as requested. We were on the side which faces a very small quiet road - there’s no problem with noise. You are a little way from the main town here so it is a beautifully quiet and peaceful location. Very close to one of the river ferry points, a 100tl quick taxi ride to town and easily walkable if you are fit. There are nice seating areas dotted around with comfy seats, plenty sun beds - most people respected the not ‘reserving’ rule tho there’s always some who can’t bear not to! The pool ( in October) WAS a bit chilly but in the still pretty hot weather it was a welcome cool off and ‘fine once you’re in!) . Easy access steps in hurrah! I also had several treatments in the spa which were very good , made me feel tons better as I was in a bit of pain and feeling under par when I arrived. Spa has lovely friendly staff there too ( it is run separately and good to have cash to pay there ) and you should experience the traditional Turkish bath option - very refreshing! I didn’t try the indoor pool which is a bit basic, not so easy by to access if you have mobility issues, and didn’t feel heated - it’s in the basement spa area and so doesn’t have the offsetting benefit of the sun! Breakfast is a mix of Turkish style and options like fresh fruit, yoghurt, oats, cereal, baked goods, lovely sourdough bread, cold meats and salad type veg, really fresh eggs for frying or omelette or scrambled and a few other hot items which change every day. After a few days of the main fresh fruit being watermelon ( only other was grapes) I asked if they could vary it and sometimes then other melon was provided. If you want full English you’ll need to go elsewhere but you certainly have enough choice and won’t go hungry! There is a bar food all day till 10pm and everything we had was well cooked, tasty, and good portions at a good price. Drinks are also mostly reasonably priced and always served with a smile. The bar has a large tv and sometimes sport was being shown - fine but I really don’t want to hear footie crowds and commentary when I’m relaxing but they did turn the sound down or off when asked - at other times there’s some music which was varied but was occasionally a bit loud and thumpy - again they turned it down a bit when asked. It’s hard to cater for all tastes I know! A few toddler age children when we were there, might be too quiet for teenagers but probably depends on individual child and what they expect! Possible improvements: - the pool towels are clean but really old and could do with being replaced - a lot of the bar food is fried and more options that are healthier would be great - more choice of fresh fruit at breakfast - I had a couple of items ironed and wasn’t really happy with the standard of that but it was very cheap so I didn’t complain. It would be good to be able to borrow a steam iron and board to do your own! - patio /balcony chairs are not comfortable - think upgrading these would be good Would we return - yes certainly!

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast is especially nice with a Turkish couple who cook and serve all the food at the buffet.

My partner and I stayed here in May 2023, we had such an amazing time. The staff were incredible, very friendly, going above and beyond to give us a good experience. I'd like to thank them because they made us feel so welcome, relaxed, and safe. We didn't want to come home! We will definitely be back at some point. The room was immaculately clean, with very good facilities. The staff clearly work very hard to maintain the high standards. Well done, and thank you!! Jess and stuart x

We spent two weeks in Dalyan Live Hotel and had a great time. A special praise goes to the staff, especially at the reception, facility services and at the breakfast, which did a great job. I also liked, that there was enough space to place your pool chair in the Hotel area. The Area around the pool can get a bit crowded though. The rooms were very nice. The bed was comfortable and quiet large für turkish standard. The rain shower was great, very good water pressure. Minor Improvements could be made in the equipment of the Gym and in the variety of the breakfast (which is very nice) but can get a bit repitive after two weeks, but thats just nitpicking. Thanks for a great vacation!

Beautiful hotel and nice staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They have a big pool at good depth and a smaller pool for kids and they also have a decent sized indoor pool. The gym has hardly any equipment. Breakfast is plentiful. All in all a fantastic hotel of staying at Dalyan.

Dalyan Live is a newly constructed cottage-style hotel on a quiet street on the outskirts of Dalyan, a sleepy village of some 2,000 residents. (Some sources give a higher estimate, but in any case, it's tiny.) Weirdly shaped, but airy, well-lit, and reasonably sized room with a nice balcony was clean; every appliance (TV, HVAC, kettle, hair dryer) worked. The blankets could be warmer (I was staying off-season, and the night was cold), but the A/C helped, and it was quiet and efficient. A sumptuous breakfast with a great variety of fruits, vegetables, cheeses, sweets, and the like was served by friendly staff, most of whom spoke passable English. The hotel is situated about 150 m from the ferry, the only way to get to Kaunos ancient city, and about 1 km from the village center, where one can find all kinds of restaurants (including generic Chinese and Indian fare) and entertainment open late. I have nothing but praise for the hotel, which was almost completely empty (I counted only 2 people beside myself) — a nice, uneventful stay in a quiet and comfortable place.
